Sales rules

Machines and devices – the product ordered by the Customer is delivered by Abra Sp. z o.o. in the desired location in the Republic of Poland at our expense, unless otherwise agreed.

Media and accessories – the product ordered by the Customer is delivered by Abra Sp. z o.o. by means of a forwarding company at the Customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.

We ensure installation and product training for every product sold.

The Customer is obliged to ensure free access enabling installation and free access to required utilities. The customer is also obliged to unload the delivered product.

Payment – unless otherwise agreed – on the day of delivery at latest.

Warranty terms and conditions:

The complaint documents must be submitted in writing (by fax or by sending an email at [email protected]). The documents must include the name of the company which submits the complaint, type of machine, date of purchase, purchase document number and description of defect.

Warranty repair decision is made by Abra Tomasz Czekaj within the agreed time period which is not longer than 14 days from the date of receiving the machine for repair.

If the repair does not require sending our service team to the Reporting person’s place, the products should be sent to the following address: Abra Tomasz Czekaj 45-837 Opole, ul.Wspólna 26.

If the repair requires sending our service team to the Reporting person’s place, and it turns out that the defect is a result of mechanical damage or improper use, the Reporting person will be charged with transport costs and accommodation costs (if necessary), costs of service team work (as stated on the price list) as well as costs of changed parts and subassemblies as stated on Abra Tomasz Czekaj price list.

Any complaints concerning damages that occurred during transport will be accepted provided that the damage certificate signed by the courier is attached.

Product return terms and conditions

The purchase price might be refunded only within 5 days after the purchase date.

Customer should present the purchase document.

The product has not been used.

In case of machines, all additional documents must be delivered with the product, that is manuals, warranty, etc. as well as accessories.

Customer must deliver the product to Abra Tomasz Czekaj at his/her expense.
